    Placement Process at MCC Chennai Opportunities and Challenges
    The entry requirements are quite simple. There are no entrance exams. We do have a cut off mark of around 85%. Still it is easier to achieve that in your 12th grade. Apart from that, everything is pretty easy. There will be a student friendly interview which will be pretty easy. We will have 3 ICA exams throughout each semester. ICAs are basically internal exams for your semester. Marks of this exam add up to your semester exam marks, so be careful about them. Then we will have an end of semester exam.
    Fee structure is pretty basic. I had to pay Rs. 58,000 for the first semester and then Rs. 25,000 on the second semester. Rs. 40,000 were to be paid in the third semester and Rs. 25,000 in the fourth semester. During last year, Rs. 44,000 were to be paid in the fifth semester followed by Rs. 28,000 in the final sixth semester.Read Full Review

    Madras Christian College was good in some ways but equally bad in many ways
    BCA is one of the most demanding and challenging courses. However, technology excites me and because I didn’t want to be an engineer, I chose BCA. MCC has Greater Campus Opportunity with many reputed companies like HCL, Cognizant, etc. Exams are conducted every 6 months as MCC follow semester-wise exam patterns. The course syllabus was very good and the syllabus is also up to date.

    I dreamt of studying at MCC right from the word go
    Expectations were high and MCC delivered on all expectations. One has to come to college daily because more than 5 or 6 absentees in a calendar month would mean, an official complaint letter sent to your house. The rules were same for locals and outsiders. Classroom seats were not fixed as they were occupied on first come, first serve basis. The academic calendar was tight and at the end even the faculty were out of fuel because completing the entire portions along with practicals was quite tough.
