Faculties at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering are really supportive and chill. They will support you whenever you need them. As 1st year concern they provide notes at time and their teaching style is really good. Some professors on the other hand can improve their way of teaching as it's not understood by many. All the classrooms have projectors and screens so teachers teach with ppt’s as well as use black boards and regular GD’s are also conducted in class. Since the faculties are really experienced they have good problem solving abilities which is quite impressive. Talking about student’s teacher ratio it is like 1 teacher to maximum of 60 students. Faculties used to be experienced back then when I joined but right now, it's all new faculties. However, you can find these new faculties having graduated from top Universities with distinctions or have experience in the field. They often do research and publish papers and journals, so you won't find much difference because in the end during exams, you'll only use their PPTs and that'll be enough. Every classroom is equipped with projectors and almost 90% of the classes are taken using PPTs accompanied by black board. You can find 1 faculty for a maximum of 20 students. So you'll never have shortage of Professors and they barely take leaves. Even if they aren't available, they'll assign someone to take that hour, so you'll always have lectures. Some faculties are very much approachable; they help you with projects and in networking. You should always respect them and you'll be safe.Read Full Review

The department of Computer was established in the year 1985 and has faculties who teach Big Data, Machine Learning, Internet of Things, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security and they also offer Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality Courses. Most of the teachers use smart boards and research papers are also published by the faculties.Read Full Review
