Tolani Maritime Institute (TMI), Pune has Wi-Fi connectivity in several parts of its infrastructure and has modern architecture which enables students to experience a fulfilling and enriching academic journey.

Additionally, these classrooms can accommodate about 40 students and facilitate them with lectures in which theoretical concepts are taught through audio-visual aid.
A well-maintained auditorium which has a seating capacity of about 280 students is present at the Tolani Maritime Institute campus & in the same, a number of cultural events, functions, competitions, fests, etc. are organised.

- Library: The library / learning resource centre is present within the campus of the Institute and is developed across an area of about 7000 square feet. - Laboratories: About 3 computer centers are present at the Tolani Maritime Institute campus which contains advanced workstations and equipments through which students are able to learn a number of advanced computing skills. In addition to this, there is a CAD / CAM lab present at the Institute’s premises.
Furthermore, the laboratories at the campus of the Institute through which students can learn by applying theoretical concepts are Commissioning of High Voltage Switch-Gear lab, I.C. Engine lab, ECDIS lab, and others.

- Hostel: Both male and female students are provided with adequate amenities at the Tolani Maritime Institute Hostels. Moreover, each of the 3 hostels has over 250 rooms and they are equipped with basic necessities. - Healthcare Facility: The Tolani Maritime Institute campus has a ‘Primary Health Care Centre’ which contains about 3 beds, an operating theatre, a pathological lab, and a dispensary. Along with these facilities, a doctor & medical team are also available, through which students have access to the medical or any healthcare assistance within the premises.
