I studied hard for JEE mains but unfortunately couldn't get enough rank to get in food IIT, NIT, IIIT as I wanted to study CS/IT only and getting it into these tier 1 college need rank below 20k. In 2019 there weren’t many reviews available, so I got trapped in IIIT Sonipat. Also, earlier this college was mentored nit Kurukshetra so classes of IIIT Sonipat were running in nit campus only but in 2019 we got separated and we were forced to stay in 5-star hotel type college. There hostels room was of 15K/ month which were very high if you belong to middle class family. And tuition fees were also 70k in 2019 now it's close to 1lakh. Now coming to faculty, all were dumb, and I can't tell anything else because abusing is not allowed here. You will not get any help also if you have been Atmanirbhar then it's the best place and for our batch there was no internet facility also. No library, only some books were given which no one reads. Placements were fake as there were no placements in the college.

There are only two branches IT and CSE with same course but still two. And please don't use any logic of you are coming in this college. To get this college you will need rank 20-28K. Don't ever try to come to this college. You will regret even after completing your course. Since now it's been shifted to SBIT so now you can expect some better things but not much.

Director of this college is very learned man but is very old, so he doesn't have any motivation bring more to this college. Although all professors are from good to ok type college, but they don't know how to teach. And after 1 -2 months you will feel partiality from these professors and then you will automatically try to be easy from them.

Yes, we have placement officer. But due to development reason of this college very few companies come. Some got decent placement package. But being IIIT placement was very bad.

Hostel life in SBIT is good but still Paying 15k is still very high.

In our time there were three rooms. 2 rooms for classes and 1 room for academic cum staff room. One floor of IIT Delhi techno park was given to IIIT. No sports facilities. No extracurricular activities. No college sponsored fest and fresher’s party or something of that sort. We just used to wake up and walk few steps to go to our classes.

IIIT Sonipat campus construction is going on since 2014 and it's under process. It will take another 100 years to complete, and Clubs and all these things were made but all things are on papers only. For physical activities used to over 1-2 from hostel cum college to small tea shops. For fest you can go to IIT Delhi.
