This is one of the best technical institutes if you want to just focus on placements. The college is big in size with a good cafeteria, gym, bank, library, labs. The administration is a little strict but friendly if you have any academic doubts. Admission is done through JEE MAINS. You can easily place it in the top 3 engineering colleges in Delhi and the top 15 best engineering colleges all over India.

I joined the Computer Engineering course because of its high placement value. This course has various subjects which give core knowledge about computers. The course is very helpful in getting a job because almost all companies take COE students in their exams hence more change of COE students to have a placement.

There is a lot of faculty in every stream. You have your teachers, the lab assistants, the head teachers and all are well versed with their subject and how to handle things. They are a little strict with their ways but if you give respect to their teachings then they will reciprocate it back. Most teachers are PhD holders and others are PhD students who teach you.

Placement is the major plus point of this college. The average placement of COE branch was Rs. 15-18 LPA. Every top company come to this college be it Facebook, Amazon, Google, Microsoft etc. The placement rate is 100% here. The highest domestic package was Rs. 50LPA and Rs. 2 crores for international. You can also get an internship in your third year which helps the student get real-world experience along with some extra cash.

Hostel facility is available in NSUT. Hostels are separate for boys and girls. Usually, every girl can get a hostel but a hostel for boys living in Delhi is a little difficult because they do not have many rooms. Outside Delhi and DASA students can easily get to the hostel. The hostel is usually single room (although double rooms also exist) and there are AC rooms too (only in girls hostel that too in triple sharing). Food quality is average but gets repetitive after a period of time. Security is tightest in NSUT. No outsider can go inside the hostel and no girl or boy can enter each other's hostel.

The college is 145 acres big. There is a building for every department and it has its labs present. The classroom has air conditioners with every classroom having its own wi-fi. The library has many books but most are related to engineering so no literature books. Labs are pretty decent as compared to other government colleges although it is also being changed to compete with private colleges. There is a gym inside the college which is pretty decent for a quick refreshing workout. The auditorium is nice with one mini auditorium also to conduct small scale events. There is one SBI Bank branch. There is also a small clinic in case of a medical emergency.

Campus life is pretty average as most of your time will go in coding and studying but it is pretty good nevertheless. There are societies for everyone. You will be with some nice people who have a vision like you. Fest here is average (average because of the name tag, otherwise they are pretty good). Overall a decent campus life and a good one if you know how to make it.
