The college provides variety of social skills, club, and of course study. It might be the best college of Uttarakhand as far as I know. The teachers are great. Hostels are good and the clubs are even better. They provide wide amount of social skills and guaranteed placements. As I'm student of 1st year I can assure students won't regret joining this college. I choose this institute because my sister referred me and I don't regret a bit. Students should apply for this college for the same.

Academically this college is good not great but not bad. Almost all main subjects like DSA are covered properly but the secondary subjects are somewhat ignored by the teachers as well as the students. Eligibility for the course is 85% (10th) and 75% (12th) for getting specialization in CS in B.Tech. Motive for enrolling in this program might be interests of one and placements. This college is mainly famous for B.Tech CSE.

Faculty for 1st year is great. They provide proper guidance about course as well as life and of course the subjects. They don't rush the teaching and make it seem slow and properly passed and, as for the backgrounds some of the teachers were students from GEU itself and some are from IITs as well. Style of teaching is good and friendly here.

Placements (as I have heard from my seniors) are good not so great and no so bad. You have to do hard work and put some hours in to get good placements which is justified because good companies won't take students only on the basis of CGPAs. Yes, our college has Placement Cell and it does help students to get their desired jobs and get into industries they want.

Yes, we do have residential facilities in our institute. The fee for the hostel is around 1 lakh per year. The hostel provides with every basic human need like, mess (although the food isn't the best), hot water in winters, air conditioners, laundry services, etc. The faculty of the hostel is good. They provide help when needed and fix the problems as soon as they can. Infrastructure is good as I mentioned earlier, except for mess food.

Infrastructure of the college is good it's a bit small as compared to other private/public colleges but the buildings are good to look at and as well as functional. There are washrooms and water coolers at every floor and there are separate blocks for each and every branch which helps teachers as well as students to save time. There are plenty of plants and cute animals like cats and dogs wandering around the campus which gives the campus a wholesome vibe and which makes students come to campus on a regular basis.

Campus Life is average. Some students are social while others are not, and crowd here is great. They enjoy each and every fest together. As for clubs there as more than 15 clubs in the college which is enough for every passion the student have. Some of them are art, photography, dance, coding, acting, etc. Fests happen on a regular basis here at least for the hostel students there is a 10 days induction program which contains different activities on each day and which provides a brief about the college.
