VIT University- Leads You Towards Success

Overall Rating
VIT has a name for its engineering degree and has a good ranking in all India. I chose this college because of its faculty and academics. Its NIRF ranking is among the top in private colleges in India. Though VIT Vellore has better academics, VIT Chennai is not that far away.
 

Academics Rating
The course B.Tech is of 4years. I chose the branch electrical and electronics engineering because I was always fascinated in electronic devices since childhood. Its entry requirements is a computer based entrance test called VITEEE. Based on its ranking, students can apply for branches in counseling rounds. It has categorized fees structure in accordance to the ranking in the entrance exam.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties in VIT are very helpful; they are post graduates and Ph.D holders from top government colleges in India and abroad. It has many outside India faculties too for teaching foreign languages. Teachers always try to explain the topics in depth and not just tell us to mug up the stuff. Students are getting a lot of attention and help whenever needed by the facilities.
 

Placement Rating
VIT has a 100% placement policy. The placements for VIT Chennai are done in VIT Vellore along with the students of Vellore. So many renowned companies like Microsoft and Google come to take students in their company. The average package in my branch is 8lakhs per annum.
 

Infrastructure Rating
VIT Chennai has 3 academic blocks and 4hostels for boys and 1 hostel for girls. Each building has minimum of 10floors. It has a huge football ground and big racing track. It has playgrounds for hockey, cricket, and courts for lawn tennis, volleyball and badminton. It also has a swimming pool and a gym. It has a dominos store and 3 canteens. Students can go and eat anytime there. It has a library having thousands of books.
 

Campus Rating
VIT conducts 2 fests. Many famous artists come at the cultural fest and perform. My overall experience at VIT was nice.

    My experience in VIT Chennai is good till now. They have strict rules but it is for your own good. It doesn’t matter how strict they are but the facility and staff is up to the mark.     VIT University has strong placement records, well-experienced faculty, etc. I have chosen this university because it has best record placements. Infrastructure of hostel is well mentioned. Teachers are very friendly. It is best university regarding education and enjoy at the same time. In various institutes, there are no good labs, placement records, and modern infrastructure but VIT University has everything. Ragging and other stuffs will not take place in universities....     VIT University is probably the best university after top NIT. The overall experience is good and enjoyable except constant exams but several events make up for it. Teaches are with high knowledge but lack in teaching skills. Overall experience is very good with lots of opportunities to explore ourselves and allows enjoying several cultures.
