Actually I was a JEE aspirant and got this institute through CSAB counseling. Initially I was reluctant to take admission here as I didn’t know much about the institute. Now it's been almost one month and I can proudly say that this is one of the finest institutes of India. It has very strong alumni network and the campus is a delight.

Talking about academics, it is one of the institutes which focus on its academics very much. Institutes does not like to compromise on academics in any way. Syllabus and curriculum of each and every branch is same as other institutes. There are several courses like B.Tech, BE, MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, Pharmacy and Hotel Management but it is mostly known for its B.Tech and BE courses. Mine is a B.Tech course. To get admission in B.Tech and BE courses, the requirements involve giving JEE Mains entrance exam and have a decent score.

Being one of the oldest institutes of the country, it has one of the most veteran faculty members. I am enrolled in the course of Quantitative Economics & Data Science and faculties teaching my course are highly qualified. All the professors of my department have finished their Ph.D from the renowned educational institutes of the country. They all interesting methods to keep us all indulged in class like they take real life example.

Yes, we have a placement cell. Our institute is famous for its awesome placements. On campus placement is also very good in terms of package and job profile. My renowned companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Atlassian, etc. visit campus for recruitment.

Yes, we have residential facilities. Every basic facility is available in our hostel like bed, table, chair and wardrobe in each room. Toilets and bathrooms are cleaned every day. Mess facilities are also available and the food is also of high-quality and up to the mark.

Infrastructure is something to admire. There are well equipped labs for each department like Electronics And Electrical. Classes of each branch are conducted in the main building and the main building is really humongous. Other facilities of the campus include sports complex, library, canteen, lawns, TV hall, TT rooms and two huge auditoriums.

Campus Life includes students indulged in many productive activities like dance club, singing club, coding club, photographic club, etc. There are 33 clubs in the institute. Some of the clubs are: coding club, data science enthusiast club, photographic and video editing club, formula racing car club, etc. The institute also conducts many fests from time to time. ‘Bitotsav’: a cultural fest and ‘Pantheon’: a tech fest are main fests of the institute that happen annually. Several other small fests also keep happening all throughout the year like the one that is going on named ‘Verve’ and I have participated in one of the events of it (treasure hunt).
