Vibrant and Academic driven life at VIPS

Overall Rating
VIPS is renowned for its programs, particularly in the fields of Media and Law with modern infrastructure and a vibrant culture. Placement support is decent but requires proactive student engagement, especially in securing internships. Overall VIPS provides a solid educational environment for motivated students.
 

Academics Rating
The curriculum focuses on Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics and many more. Blending theoretical knowledge with practical case studies, the program provides a solid academic foundation, especially for the students who want to pursue and have interest in economics. The faculty members are generally knowledgeable with a mix of academic and industry experience.
 

Faculty Rating
Experienced faculties, many professors have Ph.Ds and industry experience. Some faculty members like to incorporate real life examples and interesting case studies into lectures. The faculty is very supportive and approachable, fostering a positive learning environment. The Professors also provide career and academic guidance, especially for higher studies. Comprehensive study materials are provided by the faculty and regular feedback sessions exist.
 

Placement Rating
The Placement Cell plays an active role in supporting students. It organises sessions, workshops for students so that they can get clarity. While placements for economics students are moderate, opportunities are available with consulting firms, research organizations, and banking sectors. Placement in core economics is competitive, requiring proactive student engagement.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel facility is not provided but affordable PGs are available nearby. The rent is affordable but depends on the location as well. Some nearby PGs provide basic amenities like food, water and Wi-Fi. The surrounding area is student friendly and well connected to public transport.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is modern and well maintained, caters to both academic and extracurricular needs. It includes modern classrooms with air-conditioning, projectors and Wi-Fi. The campus features libraries, computer labs and moot courts for law students. Cleanliness and maintenance receive positive feedback, with well-equipped classrooms and a conducive learning environment. Additional amenities include sports facilities, hygienic cafeterias and medical facilities. This well-rounded infrastructure creates a conducive environment for student development.
 

Campus Rating
The campus is dynamic with numerous student driven events and activities. Regular cultural fests and celebrations enhance student student engagement. From debates to music, drama all interests are catered. Encourages networking among diverse student groups. Strong sense of camaraderie and collaborative learning among peers. Regular workshops on professional skills, including soft skills.

    The School of Law is one of the most prevalent departments of VIPS-TC New Delhi, and it has just completed its 25 year anniversary.     VIPS New Delhi offers an amazing institute experience. The campus is well maintained with numerous active societies. Academically, the faculty is outstanding with many professors having degrees from top tier NLUs and DU. Good infrastructure and curriculum is there. Placement cell varies by the course, but the institute actively supports to help you find decent placements and provide good opportunities across many courses.     I got admission in VIPS last year that means 2024. This was the best decision I could make Definitely worth joining it, I appreciate the environment, the faculty, and my seniors. The infrastructure is mind blowing even though the campus is small but it is absolutely fantabulous.     Overall the Institute is worth it. With its fee being comparatively less than other private Institutions is a plus point. It provides good academic understanding and overall good career growth. It focuses more on conceptual understanding rather than just parrot learning. Being based in Delhi is a plus point all together.
