Best placements and academics

Overall Rating
IIT Delhi being one of the best Engineering institutes in India and a dream for every JEE aspirant. We get to learn different things whether it is related to academics, sports, art & culture, robotics, startups and many more. Personally, I wanted to get admission in IIT Delhi due to academics and being in Delhi will give rise to many opportunities and a better social life.
 

Academics Rating
So, I have completed my first semester, and the courses offered are really helpful for the future. Moreover, these courses are related to different engineering branches so that one can understand his interests and pursue their degree in that particular branch. The main reason to learn these different courses in your first year is to gain basic knowledge of every engineering branch.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties in IIT, Delhi are highly educated and experienced in their respective fields. They have been teaching for years. Their style of teaching is also very good and easy to understand, and they also conduct experiments to understand things effectively. They are mostly IITians and some of them have graduated from foreign universities. It will be a great experience for you to interact with them.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we do have a Placement Cell and in fact it is famous for its placements in the country. Students are getting placed with their dream packages and even IIT, Delhi prompts startup culture.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, my hostel life is much better than I expected and I really enjoyed it. All the basic facilities are available for the students and infrastructure is also very good. Even being an old institute, it is still well-maintained.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of IIT Delhi is well maintained and I am quite fascinated towards it. It has different buildings for different purposes. There is a very large Lecture Hall, complex for study, a very big central library and many other complexes for cultural events and sports events and it also has canteens for both students and faculties separately.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is overall good in IIT. You will get to meet with people from different parts of the country and the great minds of our country. The students have good personalities, but the competition is too high. It has various clubs so that students can also follow their passion in extra circular activities, and it also organises the biggest fests in North India which is also a great attraction for the students.

    It is an amazing place to spend the best time of your life, while studying. You will have best brains around you. Hence, you can have excellent peer group. There is a best faculty and system not just for academics but also for sports. It has well-maintained grounds and courts for various sports, and swimming pool.     I have completed one semester as an Undergraduate at IIT Delhi. It's been a wonderful 1st semester. Some of the factors that made me choose this institute can be its start-up culture, Healthy Competition, and being in the capital of India. It provides great support to the students with startup ideas. There is a separate committee for it, which can provide financial and administrative support to innovative ideas.     Overall, the institute is pretty worth it. The timetable of every student can be very busy but the time invested goes into various activities, results in the holistic development of the student.
