Nirma University: Fees, Faculty, and Campus Life

My overall experience with Nirma University is unforgettable. I’m learning a lot of things here under the roof of department of pharmacy. This helps me to justify my profession in real world. Our University is ranked is ranked number 1 in Gujarat, India. Universities are made with modern facility and this provides all the equipment related to the course in order to build better carrier for students. The reason why I chose this University is its large and green campus. The university provides high class faculty members. The main difference that isolates this University from others is the level of education and library system.

My reason to choose B.Pharm is simple that I wanted to pursue a career in this field and I wanted to laenr how to develop a drug and how to use equipments. If anyone wants to take admission in Institute of Pharmacy in Nirma University then individual can take admission via ACPC. There are 2 exams in one semester, one is mid sem and other is final examination with 30% of overall weightage. Other is sessional exam which contain rest of 70% weightage. Our University academics combine book knowledge with real life situations.

Our University charge’s semester fee of Rs. 1,18,000 for B.Pharm course. This includes 4 year course with 8 semesters. This fee includes all the expenses such as examination fee, lab fee and other associated charges. However no scholarships are currently offered by our University for pharmacy course. The total course fee is around Rs. 8,80,000/. Additionally it is important to know that the University increases the charges every year. The fee increases approximately Rs. 15,000 for each new batch. Our University also provides course like M.Pharm and D.Pharm. For M.Pharm, total course fee is Rs. 8,00,000 for 2 year duration and for D.Pharm it is Rs. 18,60,000 with 6 year duration.

Faculty of Institute of Pharmacy Nirma University is highly qualified and supportive for students and there are different faculty members for each subject along with HOD. Their method of teaching is very simple. They teach via oral mode or via presentation. Faculties are able to solve critical problems of student. Teacher student ratio is 1:100. Faculty also provides guidance related to your project and helps to improve it. Apart from study faculty also helps to improve your extra skills that may help student to sustain in this current era.

Our University contains different blocks for different courses like engineering, pharmacy, commerce, law, management, and many more. Our campus is biggest in Gujarat as compared to rest of the Universities. It is equipped with a lot of trees and garden. Classrooms are highly advanced with projector and revolving chairs for students and it also provides AC facility. Library is very big and it contains almost all books related to course and others. University provides good canteen facility and sport ground for cricket, basketball, volleyball and for other sports.

Overall campus life is good and individual can get a chance to interact with people all around the world and gain knowledge regarding different things. As our University is situated in Gujarat so most of the crowd is Gujarati. One can meet different people from different places of world also. Our University runs many social and cultural clubs that organizes many events throughout the year. University also contains club like sport club, entertainment club, etc.
