My Life at Zakir Husain College

Overall Rating
Firstly, I chose Zakir Husain Delhi College because of its connectivity. Metro station is on a walk away distance so it becomes easier to travel. College has a great teachers helping throughout the academic semester. Talking about the atmosphere, there is greenery all around the college. It feels so good to spend time in college with friends as it has a hang out area with friends near canteen. A dairy booth is also available in the college.
 

Academics Rating
Academically the college is above average. I chose to pursue B.Com (Hons.) from this college The eligibility criteria for the admission are on the basis of CUET score. The admission process of the college is quite simple. One has to go with the CSAS portal of DU and can easily prefer this college exams are held semester wise. In addition, there are internal marks also given by the teachers.
The best part of Zakir Husain Delhi College is the fee structure as college offers you B.Com for just Rs. 8,000/- per year that means around Rs. 25,000/- for whole graduation degree. In addition, it does not involve any additional cost.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty is good. Teachers really are very helpful you can share anything with them. They are actually the one you can expect a good bond with. Method of teaching depends individually on the teachers. Some prefer to deliver the lectures while some teaches on the board providing ppts, and even in some subjects, we experience the class discussions.
 

Placement Rating
Telling about the placements of Zakir Husain Delhi College. I personally haven't experienced it but my seniors said that this college offers a good rate of placements for commerce Department
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is good. However, classrooms can be improved. Otherwise, the sports room, library, canteen, labs, auditorium, etc., everything is quite good and upto the expectations from a government college. Ventilation is very nice throughout the building. Favorite part of the college for me is the canteen area. and for the girls. Girl’s Common room is also available.
 

Campus Rating
College crowd is average. Like you can find good bunch of friends. Fests happen annually and are very well organized. Engagement activities like sports, debates, and others often organized by various societies so this can be very helpful for the exposure. My experience about the campus life is that it all depends upon you if you want to grow the college offers great opportunities just the thing is that you need to find it for yourself. Keep yourself in touch with your seniors for not missing any opportunity.

    My review for Zakir Hussain College is overall very good. Faculties are very supportive and the management does their work very sincerely. The means of transport from this College is very great. Metro is available in around 300 meters away from the College. Fees is also very affordable.     My experience at the College has been great actually. The environment and the people are supportive, and the professors are always ready to assist. You should choose this college because it actually prioritizes practical learning and skill acquisition.
