Proficient Faculty at IHE New Delhi

Overall Rating
The location of our Institute is very amazing. It has a park nearby and is situated in a highly renowned area with the market at very short distance. The metro facility is also less than 300 metre. IHE New Delhi is perfectly aligned with the requirements of students.
 

Academics Rating
Student can apply after clearing the CUET at undergraduate level including subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Courses available are B.Sc course both honours and pass courses. Students can choose to pursue a specialisation in one of the subjects like Home Science, Food Technology, Biochemistry, Microbiology and more. These courses are divided in various departments like Biochemistry, Microbiology, Fabrics, Food And Nutrition, Home Science, etc. For admission in any, students need to score a minimum of 55 percent marks 12th Class.
The fees structure gets updated according to the subjects and is changed every year.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are highly dedicated, serving as the bridge between textbooks and students. They not only ensure academic excellence but also encourage curiosity and critical thinking. The notes are provided with the best guidance. The teaching generally takes place using PowerPoint presentations. The assignments and projects are made easy with the help of faculty; the faculty is always available for the students to guide them anytime and with anything even apart from studies.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell is highly active in getting the companies to the Institute.
 

Hostel Rating
No hostels are provided by the Institute. However, nearby hostels and PGs can be checked.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The Institute is self-sufficient, with well-ventilated classrooms and fully-equipped laboratories. Each student gets the opportunity to perform experiments individually, thanks to the availability of sufficient material and resources. IHE New Delhi’s library is a treasure trove, flooded with books covering all subjects in depth. It provides a rich resource for both coursework and research. The canteen has been recently modified and offers a wide range of food options. It has become a perfect spot for brunch and lunch breaks. Quadrangle is another attraction of the campus, where all the festivals are celebrated.
 

Campus Rating
Most recently, Janmashtmi Dahi Handi was celebrated. It was very fun and lively. Apart from this, there are other festivals too that take place. Overall, the Institute provides an environment that balances academics, hands-on learning, and student well-being. The Institute also organises an annual fest named, ‘Feria’ which is full of a lot of fun activities, including games, competitions, shopping food stalls, and so much more.

    I chose to study Journalism at IHE New Delhi mainly because it's a new course here, started in 2017 so, the teaching methods are more updated. One thing that makes this Institute stand out is the exposure we get outside the classroom through societies, especially Centre for Media and Communication has been a great experience for Journalism students to plan, cover and handle events ourselves.   • Placement Cell at IHE New Delhi is Called 'Eminence'
     

    Overall Rating
    I'm in my second year now. Various facilities are available in my course such as industrial equipment (spray dryer, extraction unit, hot air ovens, microwave, BOD machine, tray dryer, and so on). I chose this course because it is something different and unique. The Institute admin make sure that the quality of food the canteen sells is good and safe to eat. Overall I will suggest students to pursue this course in my Institute as it also provide Masters degree.... Read Full Review

    At first the opinion about this college was very different from what it is now. It’s my third year in this college currently and I am having the amazing experience here.     I never really thought about this course as I was from a science background and had always dreamt of courses like MBBS, BDS, etc. But once I entered the college, I experienced wide range of interesting subjects and people with different goals and aspirations.   • Good college for economics

    The college is good with all the facilities. From a well-maintained library to a canteen that offers good food, the college has it all. It is located near to hauz khas metro station and is very easy to commute from there. Classrooms are normal with a seating of 30 students. Varieties of courses are available.... Read Full Review
