Good college for economics

Overall Rating
The college is good with all the facilities. From a well-maintained library to a canteen that offers good food, the college has it all. It is located near to hauz khas metro station and is very easy to commute from there. Classrooms are normal with a seating of 30 students. Varieties of courses are available.
 

Academics Rating
Earlier, the criteria for admission were pretty simple. Yours 12th class score (best of 3- PCB/PCM) was the criteria for selection. Now, they take students in the basis of CUET results. There are varieties of courses such as Home Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, etc. The cut off for each program varies.
 

Faculty Rating
Teachers are very helpful. They will guide you throughout your course. From recommending books to giving you notes- they will help you in every possible way. The administration staff is also very helpful. They are very active and will help you out in case of any documents related problem. Teachers are highly qualifies and gives very useful knowledge.
 

Placement Rating
No, the college doesn't provide any placements. The students have to look for jobs and internship on their own.
 

Hostel Rating
There is no hostel facility available. Students can look for a PG nearby.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is good. It has all the basic facilities that a college requires. Although, the college is not that big as compared to other colleges of Delhi University. One might feel that the college is small and there is no campus life but, the quality of education provided here is amazing. There is no auditorium here, which is an issue.
 

Campus Rating
There are many societies such as sports society, cultural society, fashion society, dance society and what not. You can give auditions for the same to get selected. The drama and dance society are quite popular and everyone wants to be a part of it. Fests are not organised by the college. We used to visit other colleges of Delhi university to enjoy the fests.

    I chose to study Journalism at IHE New Delhi mainly because it's a new course here, started in 2017 so, the teaching methods are more updated.   • Placement Cell at IHE New Delhi is Called 'Eminence'
     

    Overall Rating
    I'm in my second year now. Various facilities are available in my course such as industrial equipment (spray dryer, extraction unit, hot air ovens, microwave, BOD machine, tray dryer, and so on). I chose this course because it is something different and unique. The Institute admin make sure that the quality of food the canteen sells is good and safe to eat.     At first the opinion about this college was very different from what it is now. It’s my third year in this college currently and I am having the amazing experience here.     I never really thought about this course as I was from a science background and had always dreamt of courses like MBBS, BDS, etc. But once I entered the college, I experienced wide range of interesting subjects and people with different goals and aspirations.
