Attendance is Mandatory in Christ University Bangalore

Overall Rating
This is one of the top Universities in Bangalore. It provides various opportunities to the students. Various clubs and committees are available which students can join as per their interest. This University is known for its strict attendance policy, the students have to maintain 85% of attendance to sit in the exams.
 

Academics Rating
The academics focus both on the theoretical and the practical knowledge. We have 2 CIAs, mid-semester exams, and end-semester exams every year. It mostly focuses on practical leaning and enhances the skills of the students. The BBA syllabus is as per the industry trends. For admission, the students have to qualify CUET entrance exam and then there will be interview round which is divided into 3 segments such as personal interview, micro presentation, and skill assessment. The exams also includes group projects, assignments, etc.
The students have to pay the fee year wise and the fee is different for the students who belong to Karnataka. The fee for my course is around Rs. 2,60,000/- per year. The fee is same in the second and the third year.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are very helpful in Christ University. They use different teaching methods. Most of the teaching methods they use are PPTs, group discussion, etc. They are highly qualified and have done Doctoral level of education in their respective field. They solve all the doubts of the students. The University has also assigned mentors to the students.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the University has Centre for Placement and Career Guidance (CPCG). It conducts workshop, resume building training, mock interviews, etc. It prepares students for the placements and internship opportunities.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, separate hostels for male and female students are provided by the University. The seats are limited in the hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is spread over 148.7 acres of land. The University is located in a good locality and several things are available near the campus. The campus has separate blocks for different departments. The campus has various facilities such as canteen which offers variety of food to the students, 2 libraries which has wide collection of books, etc. The libraries are spacious and have good seating capacity. The University offers various sports facilities such as Football field, Cricket ground, Basketball court, Tennis court, etc.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life so far in Christ University is going good. Various clubs are available such as Dance club, Drama club, Creative Writing club, Entrepreneurship club, etc. and students have to give 2 to 3 round of interview to join them. School of Business and Management conduct business fests and various competitions are held in the fest. The names of the fests are 'Thrive' & 'Vistas'. The campus crowd belongs from different parts of India. Various social events are also conducted in this University.
