VIIT Visakhapatnam has a Good Learning Environment

Overall Rating
I chose Computer Science and Engineering branch at the VIIT Visakhapatnam. My overall experience in this Institute is excellent. My cousin recommended me this Institute to me, which is why I opted for this one. During admissions, you need to bring your coordinator permission and parents’ permission. Every year they try very hard to place the students in companies.
 

Academics Rating
I enrolled in this course to secure the software job in good company. We can enroll in this course through entrance exams or management quota. Through entrance exam, the student needs to secure the rank below 15,000. The cut-off ranks will be differing for different categories. I enrolled in this course through EAMCET. For Management quota, it will take some time for admission process.
I am from 2022 batch. Therefore, the Government provided full fee reimbursement. Every year the fee is Rs. 52,000/-. Scholarships are also provided to the students.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members at the Vignan's Institute of Information Technology Visakhapatnam are excellent. All faculty members in CSE branch are professional & experienced. They have completed their Ph.D in different areas. They are highly experienced. They will attend in seminars, workshops that are conduct in different state and countries. They help the students in their academic projects and in paper publications. They use the blackboards, digital boards, ppts to teach the students.
 

Placement Rating
Our Institute has its own Placement Cell. They maintain their work in a well proper way. The Placement Cell conducts the training process to the students according to the company requirements. Before the company visits the campus, the cell trains the students very well. They get information from the companies for what roles they are try to recruit the students. The cell trains the students according to the roles offered by the company.
 

Hostel Rating
Our Institute provides the hostels for girls and boys. I am not a hostel student, but I know some things about the hostel through my friend. The girls’ and boys’ hostels are different. The boy’s hostel present outside the campus but the Institute bus is available from hostel to the Institute. The girl’s hostel is present inside the campus. I know only about girl’s hostel. In girls’ hostel, rooms are in 4 sharing with attached washroom. The hostel has mess and a canteen. The hostel provides the 24 Wi-Fi services to the girls. The girls are allowed for outing with proper gate pass and parents permission.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of our Institute is good. We have multiple blocks. We have spacious sports grounds for Cricket, Football, Volleyball, and other sports. The campus size is very large. We have different blocks for different branches. We have seminar halls, a central library with digital library, computer labs, workshops, drawing halls, canteen, food court, store, etc. My favorite place is my case block beacuse we have spacious rooms with digital boards and with high-speed Wi-Fi service.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life is good. I can suggest this Institute to the other students also. We have different clubs also. The students can enroll in these clubs with proper tests and interview. We have the biggest event in our Institute i.e. is 'Yuvatarang'. For this event, outside students also allowed. Our Institute students compete with other students. My Institute invites the celebrated for the event also. Our Institute celebrate other events also based on the occasions like Womens’ Day, Yoga Day, etc.

    Vignan's Institute of Information Technology is an autonomous institute affiliated to JNTU Vijayanagaram and it had NAAC A+ rating. The atmosphere in this institute is quite friendly.     I have joined this Institute through my seat allotment. I liked its infrastructure before even joining this Institute. This Institute is good in all the aspects whether its faculty or facilities. The students can explore many live projects, gain hands on experience, etc. The communication session is also conducted which is very interactive to attend. One can take admission in this Institute.
