Good place to take admission.

Overall Rating
My overall experience with this university is good. As it is one of the most renowned universities in Prayagraj and also fee is affordable. You can get the facility of hostel too for an extra charge, but I will personally suggest going for PG, instead of a hostel, as the hostel facilities are very poor.
 

Academics Rating
For taking admission here, you have to appear in an exam, which is conducted for all central universities of India, If you clear the cut-off then you can take admission. Every course and college has a different cut-off, so have to keep an eye on that. Different courses are available under different streams, which is also a positive point.
 

Faculty Rating
Teachers have a lot of experience and knowledge, stay connected with them always and also if you want then you can also take career advice. Every professor has their teaching style, some focus on notes getting prepared, and some focus on explaining the concept. Also, avoid debating with them as it will not help you.
 

Placement Rating
You will not get placement if you are in the Arts department.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostels are not good. Students complain about it too much.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of the University of Allahabad is very good. It is spread over a very large area, and also different department are located at different places and all of them are big. In Allahabad, a very wide area is covered by the university. Also, a lot of classrooms and lecture halls are available.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life was very good, I enjoyed it a lot. I have created a good bond with my batch-mates and professors which also helped me in easing my college life, as I don't have to look for extra support on any topic. Also, here you can join various clubs and groups on basis of your interest and you can also participate in different activities and events.

    I am in BA LLB program at the University of Allahabad which was erstwhile regarded as the Oxford of East. You could get admission through CUET exam and you have to score decent marks for getting a seat in BA LLB at Allahabad University because it's one of the most demanding courses of AU.     The University of Allahabad is one of the most leading central universities, where students are admitted based on their CUET marks. Here, I will review the Law faculty of this university. Overall, the department stands as a distinguished part of the university. The Law faculty produces excellent alumni which are evident through the UP PCS J results.     After coming to this university, my overall experience has been very good. teachers are very helpful. Surroundings of Allahabad University are very study friendly.     The overall experience in University of Allahabad is average. It is a central university so the infrastructure is good. The schedule is hectic and the faculty is highly qualified. The factor made me choose this particular institute is my IIT JAM exam preparation. The syllabus of this university is good.
