I have chosen this particular institute because the courses that are offered here are different than other colleges. The faculty is highly qualified and it is also a main reason. The placements in this college are good and this college is ranked in top 7 IIIT's. So I also suggest the students to join this college for their bright future and for enhancing the skills.... Overall the college is good for academic and placements, but the hostel life is not good. Here, the weather is very cold in the winter which is difficult to survive. The college has a sports club and the students can participate in different games like cricket, badminton, volleyball, etc. The fests that are organised in the college are also good.... Institution is having good infrastructure and also it is having discipline committee, anti ragging committee and ISDC committees for good discipline in this campus. My overall experience at IIITG is good. I had an interest in the field of computer science and engineering which motivated me to take up this course and we can learn many new things due to the quality of the alumni here. You can keep on learning new things as there are many workshops conducted on tech related things and there are few cultural events.
