As of now I have been in this college from last 1 year and I found that the college is pretty nice. Like there are multiple tech societies which are funded from many government bodies. Also, they are much active due to which it creates a positive and learning environment in the college. The faculty is highly qualified and has vast knowledge as well as experience of teaching.
The course is tech oriented and enables student to vast technology which is demanded in the industry. Also, it teaches you how to be tech oriented and build conceptual knowledge. I have enrolled myself in this program as I was highly interested in learning technology due to which I chose B.Tech in CSE.
The faculty is highly qualified and has vast knowledge as well as experience of teaching. Most of the teachers are Ph.D. professors and teach in such a way that helps to understand the topic in easiest and best way. Also, they are highly cooperative and allow student to explore and guide you to achieve your goal.
Yes, our college have Placement and Training Cell which allow student to connect with working professional's and to grab many opportunities.
Hostel facility is available in our college. It’s not compulsory to live within campus premises. There are various PG nearby so you can opt for that.
The infrastructure is not too small or too big. It provides you with all the equipment, machinery, labs, and well air-conditioned classrooms. There are almost 4 to 5 canteens within college premises. There is a huge library having n number of books related to all tech as well as non tech branches/ fields.
The crowd is good enough as the admission is based on JEE rank and almost all the students here have less than 1 Lakh rank in JEE. Even the top branches have students whose rank varies between 30k to 55k. So, it gives you a competitive environment. There are various societies, and every year 1 fest is being organised in the month of March.

MAIT (Maharaja Agarsen Institute of Technology) - is a tier 3 college but the folk’s choice after tier 2 colleges like DTU/ NSUT. My overall experience at MAIT is quite a roller coaster ride but is filled with learning and exploration at every moment. I preferred this college over other government colleges lower branch because of the placements. So, if you have a choice between government colleges’ lower branch and MAIT's tech branches then this college would be the right stop for you!!... Read Full Review
As of now I am in 2nd year in my college, and I know a little bit about the college. MAIT is one of the best colleges among IPU but lower then DTU or NSIT. This college has average infrastructure, lab facilities and placement. Teachers only give here assignments and a lot of return work which makes everyone busy and there is a very less chance of getting free time for other activities like coding hackathons and society....
