IIEST Shibpur Faculty Profile

Faculties are good, well experienced and knowledgeable. Most of the faculty have done their PhDs from IITs and NITs. Mostly teaching is done through blackboards and PPTs. They are able to solve all the doubts asked in the class. You can approach any professor in their cabin any time without any problem. Teacher to student ratio is good. Personally, I have less interaction with professors but I have seen students asking many doubts without hesitating. Teaching quality is good and they teach you all necessary stuff.Read Full Review

Faculty members are really very well qualified and educated who have done their degrees from prestigious institute like IITS and IISC. Method of teaching depends on faculty like some prefer blackboard while others PPTs. The student to teacher ratio is good and one can easily approach faculties if having any doubt given the time slot when professors are free. Some of the faculty members have taught in foreign universities as well. Some of the professors are single digit and double digit rankers in the exams like GATE.Read Full Review
