IIEST Howrah: Counselling Process, Fees, and Scholaships

Over 140 companies participated in the 2024 placement of this institute, with 524 job offers. The highest package offered in 2024 was 56 LPA, median salary for B.Tech students was 8.5 LPA and for PG students was 4.8 LPA. Companies like Microsoft, Google, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, IBM, PWC, Uber, Texas Instruments, Samsung, Maruti, Hyundai, Wells Fargo, Deutsche Bank, and SalesForce came for placement drive. Placement rate is approximately 78–90% for engineering branches. Whereas, CST and IT have 90% placement rate in recent years. As far as I have observed, placements are very good here. In Mechanical, almost everyone was placed as per senior’s information. Students get recruited in top companies like Google Microsoft, PwC, and JP Morgan. Highest package was around 51 LPA.Read Full Review
