The on-campus hostels at the Vivekananda Global University have a total of 900+ rooms in single, double, and triple sharing basis for both boys’ & girls’. In regards of the hostel fee, some points should be known by the students; the details of the same are following:

• Refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000/- have to be paid during admission.
• AC billing charges will be as per the actual meter reading (it is not included in the hostel base fee).
• Room booking charges of Rs. 35,000/- are non-refundable and laundry charges need to be paid separately.

Every student at the Vivekananda Global University Jaipur hostels are required to follow the rules & regulations for maintaining the positive surroundings; some of these are as follows:

• Every day, silence should be maintained within the quiet hours which start from 12:00 in midnight to 06:00 AM.
• The wardens or respective authorities will take attendance daily at night between 08:30 PM to 09:00 PM. During this time, every hosteller should be there and no one is allowed to go outside after the attendance.
• Ragging, gambling, smuggling, etc. criminal activities are banned inside the hostel premises.
• Any intoxicant items like alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, and others are prohibited for the students to bring at the hostels.
• Within the hostels, non-vegetarian foods cannot be carried and consumed by any hostellers.
• By not having prior approval from the authorities, the students cannot use vacant rooms and also cannot interchange the same with the fellow inmates.

Within the Vivekananda Global University Campus, both male & female students can get the accommodation facilities, separately. Along with this, off-campus hostels are present with adequate amenities to offer excellent accommodation experience to the outstation students.

In the on-campus hostels, around 280 Vivekananda Global University hostel rooms are available for the female students and about 650 are present for the boys. All the rooms are fully furnished with beds, study desks, etc. and are allotted to the students in single, double, and triple sharing basis along with options like AC & Non-AC and attached & common washrooms.

At the dining spaces, 4 meals are provided to the students at different timings which are stated below:

• Breakfast: 07:00 AM to 08:00 AM
• Lunch: 11:20 AM to 1:50 PM
• Snacks: 04:30 PM to 05:15 PM
• Dinner: 07:30 PM to 09:00 PM         

Hostellers have to follow some mess rules which are specified below:

• It is important for the students to inform the mess supervisor in advance about their night out or absence for avoiding wastage of food.
• The meals will be served in the dining spaces only. However, if the students are not well then only the meals will be provided in the rooms.
• The meal timings must be followed by the hostellers.
