PEC Chandigarh Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

There is an academic block, auditorium and different department buildings. Classrooms are average just like in every Engineering College. The College has 3 large grounds for different kind of sports. My favourite place in College is the PEC Market where you can find almost everything including all day meals and snacks. There's also Nescafe for students. Moreover, the College also has different labs and machinery for all kind of subjects to study.

Campus life at Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh is very vibrant and wonderful. The College crowd is good and helpful. There are more than 30 clubs, which includes all kinds of fields for example; I'm a part of NSS which is a great club. Infrastructure is old. There are very few classrooms with air conditioners and no lifts in the college. There are 4-5 shops in the campus just for the necessities. There is a compact auditorium around 100-150 students can sit together at a time.

Campus life is a bit enjoyable almost every week at least one activity occurs and there are many active clubs to participate in co-curriculum activities. There are also some trips occurring almost in every two or three months. College provides a good exposure as there are students from all over the country and some from abroad too.Read Full Review

Infrastructure is old as in Punjab Engineering College was built in almost 100 years ago. College has two academic blocks: the new academic block and the old academic block. Classes of first year and some of second year are held in new academic block while that of third and fourth are in old academic block. Library is small, there is a cricket ground, football ground one basketball court, one tennis court, also table tennis and snooker table in the hostel.

Campus life is good. There are approximately 3000 students in the college with 900 coming every year. There are many societies & clubs like ACM for coding, SCC (Student Counseling Cell), WEC (Women Empowering Cell), and EIC (Entrepreneur Incubation Cell). There is perfect held every year in November where Bollywood stars come to perform concerts every year. This year, Salim Suleiman came to grace the stage.Read Full Review
