Step 1: Initiation         

• First and foremost, invitations as well as other required details are sent to the potential recruiters.
• Afterwards, interested companies / organisations send their responses to the office along with the Job Announcement Form (JAF) comprising their individual hiring procedure, JD, CTC offered, and other essential details.
• Following this, Placement Office communicates with the companies to fix the slots for conduction of recruitment drives. Also, companies who wish to hold pre-placement talks inform the office (with their preferable dates).

Step 2: Selection

• The next step includes providing JAF and other important details to the eligible students. After going through all the details, students respond via online mode to show their interest to take part in the placement drive.
• Then, prior to the visit, the office shares data and resumes / CVs of the interested & eligible students with the participating companies.
• With the assistance of the coordinators, the companies visit campus and carry out their individual placement process.

Step 3: Acceptance

• In the end, the final list of selected and waitlisted students is provided by the companies to the office so that they can help students in signing the offer letters followed by the joining & other such formalities.
