A Division of Career Services is present at the campus to facilitate LPU Jalandhar Placement opportunities to the students. There is a Placement Cell at the University which works dedicatedly to ensure that students opt for a suitable job option that aligns with their academic interest. Moreover, a Centre for Professional enhancement is available to offer domain specific training to the students in order to meet the industrial requirements and needs.

Several prominent companies of the corporate world are invited to participate in the placement drive of the University. Some of them are Infosys, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Capgemini, Cognizant, BOSCH, and Adobe.

The LPU Jalandhar Campus covers a land area of around 600 acres and has world-class infrastructure. The University ensures that requisite facilities are present within the campus for the overall development of the students. Several high-tech classrooms are present at the University with modern amenities such as LCD projectors, Wi-Fi, etc.

The University has lecture theatres and tutorial rooms within the campus which are built with adequate seating capacity. Moreover, a semi-indoor ‘Baldev Raj Mittal Unipolis’ with an accommodation capacity of approximately 20,000 students, and other recreational spaces are available inside the campus of the University.

Students can go through the below-given points to get detailed information about the facilities available within the University’s campus:

• Library: An air-conditioned 5-storied central library is available at the University. Moreover, 10+ departmental libraries are there inside the campus with a diverse range of academic resources, so that students can access them for advanced educational and research work. The library has numerous books, e-journals, magazines, newspapers, research reports, etc.
  In addition, the students can use the e-resources through the digital library which contains access to several authorised platforms. Moreover, a reading hall and various other services such as documentation, newspaper clipping, reference, etc. are available within the library.
• Laboratories: Multiple computer labs are present at the University to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of the students. Apart from this, various fully-fledged labs are available across departments of Computer Science & Engineering, Hotel Management, Computer Application & IT, and others.

• Auditoriums: Several auditoriums are there at LPU Jalandhar campus namely ‘Shanti Devi Mittal Auditorium’, ‘Uni-Auditorium’, and others. The seating capacity of the auditoriums is around 2500 students.
• Seminar Hall: Lovely Professional University has built approximately 61 seminar halls in different seating capacity. Moreover, the halls contain CCTV cameras, audio-visual facilities, etc.
• Amphitheatre: Around 2 amphitheatres are present within the University’s campus and the seating capacity of the auditorium is approximately 3000 students. These are used to organise co-curricular and academic activities for the students.
• Cafeteria: Various eateries / Cafeteria are there including food outlets of ‘Café Coffee Day’ within the Multi-Storied Complex to offer variety of food and beverages options to the students.
• Hostels: The University has built standard and apartment type rooms in the hostel to provide accommodation facility to the students. The LPU Jalandhar Hostels can accommodate around 24,000 students and various top-notch facilities are available such as rooms with basic amenities, mess, gym, round-the-clock security, sports, etc.
• Sports: A ‘Shanti Devi Mittal Indoor Sports Complex’ is available within the University’s campus which contains Badminton Courts, Volleyball Courts, Shooting Range, Chess Room, Squash Courts, and other required amenities. Moreover, several Grounds, Courts, and Fields are available for outdoor games like Cricket, Football, Kabaddi, Rugby, etc.
  The students are encouraged to participate in Inter-University, State or National level tournaments with the guidance of sports experts. Several indoor and open gyms are present within the campus with sufficient machines and equipment.
• Transportation: Several Universities’ buses are there to provide a safe commute to the students coming from different cities of Punjab.
• Healthcare Facilities: There is a Health Centre / Hospital which offers OPD, IPD, and other services to the students. Numerous doctors, other medical staff, and ambulance services are present to provide 24x7 health assistance to the students. Moreover, the University has also tied up with more than 25 hospitals to provide specialised care to the students.
• Other Facilities: Banks, ATMs, Indian Post Office, Parking Area, Multi-Storied Complex, and other such amenities.
