Admission Process at Christ University Bangalore: Tips for Success

I am having a good experience in Christ University. The factors that made me to choose this institute is the exposure students get inside the campus. Students from many parts of countries come here. The university conducts many events for students. The students get to know about any new faces while participating in these events. Most of the events are group wise because of this which students can get mingle with each other very easily and can gain new friends. It takes necessary steps to make sure that students never miss any part or any event-taking place in the university.

I have chosen B.Com (Hons.) for this eligibility criteria, it will conduct an entrance examination in your native place. Once you clear entrance examination, you will be called up for interview for which you have to come straight to the campus. Once you are done with the interview, you will be selected according to performance in the interview and if you are selected, you will receive a mail from the university stating that you have been selected for this course and you can proceed with the further admission process. If we see about frequency of exam, it is same for all the courses here. You will give 3 CIAs, mid sem, and semester. The academics create strong foundation for students to face real life challenges by assigning them with activities related to the academic as well as non-relatable to the academics. Various types of activities will be given for the students each year depending upon their course. Everything will be testing the brains of the students and test IQ level of students. This is how academics prepare you for real life challenges.

The fee for B.Com (Hons.) course is around 1 LPA, including tuition fee, registration amount, and any other charges. There are no special discounts on fee for a specific category. If any scholarship is there then it will be accepted.

The faculty’s members in Christ University are expert in their areas. Faculties are from Bangalore, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and even from foreign countries. Faculty from foreign countries in the sense they will most probably teach students who belong to East Asian department only. Method of teaching used by the faculties is mostly PPT, which they prepare and se blackboard if needed. Sometimes they engage students in-group activities if needed.

The university has four blocks namely block 1, block 2, block 3, and block 4. Once you enter, the back gate, there is Research & Development block that connects with the block 4. Inside the block 4, there are 7 floors and basement where you can have snacks, lunch, or anything. You have a central block where registrations take place and IPM is place where you can get a new ID card if you lost your old one. The campus is located in Bhavani Nagar Hosur on the main road near dairy circle. When we look the academic facilities there are two libraries namely UG and PG. as mentioned above, there is a main auditorium and one more auditorium named ‘KE auditorium’ in block 4. There are labs like computer labs available for computer students. To say about food outlets, there are canteens Mingos, one available in the basement block 4. The central block and basketball ground is at the backside of that one canteen. For sports like cricket, nets are there in the university ground. The ground is a vast ground where students can practice all the sports. Transport facilities are also available for students in case if needed. Medical facilities like health centers available in each block are available so that students can go visit that if they have any health issue.

Overall, campus life is very good. There are many clubs in the campus. I am a member in some of the clubs. Annual fest and many events will be conducted in the university. the particular events as ‘Docathon’, ethnic day, etc. will be conducted. University crowd to be spoken, students come from various parts of the country like South, North, and even East and West. my experience in the campus life of the university is awesome. I came with some expectations but everything is beyond that.
