Great Overall Experience at NSUT New Delhi

Overall Rating
My overall experience in NSUT New Delhi has been pretty great. I have enjoyed all the campus activities and the transportation facility is also good, there is a metro station nearby along with public transport etc. Many people look forward to take admission in this University which makes it a prestigious one. Getting here is a tough job indeed, you need good JEE rank for this University. I love it here.
 

Academics Rating
I have chosen B.Tech here and my motive for enrolling here was to become a Software Engineer and I am working to pursue that dream. The entry requirement is simple you have to give JEE and get a good rank in it. For admissions you just need to have the required documents and keep a check on the admission dates through the website. There are two exams in every semester, one is internal and other is external. You can pull them off easily by maintaining a decent attendance in class.
The fee of my course is Rs. 10,50,000. It covers tuition, other fees and total expenses for four year B.Tech course. Apart from this, there is separate hostel fee as well, which is around Rs. 72,000 annually. You can seek help of various STEM programs for a scholarship only for girls.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are sweet, and some are strict but they are all good overall. The teachers are all highly educated and experienced in their field. They use various methods such as PPTs, group discussions, group project and viva as well for teaching us. The faculty is very efficient in solving our problems they even spare us sometimes if you request for marks. The teacher to student ratio is good. The teachers help us when we need their help but we have to maintain discipline.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is very huge, open, and spacious. The class rooms are very nice and have ACs in each one of them. The study area and libraries are also very big and comfortable to sit in. It has a good seating capacity. There are many canteens throughout the campus and they make good food and I love it. My favourite part of the infrastructure is that I can sit anywhere peacefully surrounded by greenery.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is amazing in my opinion. There are many societies in the NSUT New Delhi and they seem fun. The University crowd is diverse and full of nerds, athletes, dancers, singers etc. One can easily blend in this University if you know what you are passionate about. They have this annual fest ‘MOKSHA’ which is very famous.

    Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) is a great university for taking admissions, especially for B.Tech degree in Delhi region. I had previously got Instrumentation and Control Engineering in other institute, but I've chosen Electronics & Communications Engineering in NSUT over that primarily due to location and placements track record.     My overall experience in this college is very good. I was also getting a seat in IT branch in DTU, but in my opinion, pursuing CS-AI from NSUT New Delhi is better. The campus life is good.     Netaji Subhas University of Technology is situated in the heart of Delhi. It is under government of Delhi and hence has 85% reservation for those who have completed their 12th from a school in Delhi. It is a lush green campus of about 150 acres.
