PCCOE campus has a modern infrastructure and the facilities (including lifts, ramps, washrooms, etc.) are uniquely designed to make it accessible for physically-disable students as well.

- Library: In order to expand the academic knowledge of the students, the College has set up a central and several departmental libraries in the premises. The central library has a vast collection of resources that includes around 48,434 book volumes, 45,700+ e-resources, 11,000+ book titles, nearly 166 printed journals, 15+ magazines, and many other academic materials.
Within the digital library, around 15 computers are available with high-speed internet connectivity to provide access to different online academic resources and subscribed databases. The reading hall at the library has a seating arrangement for approximately 200 students. Other than this, there are separate sections in the library for stack room, reference, and other services.
- Laboratories: There are nearly 3 computer centres & numerous labs at the College that contain high-performance PCs with latest software so that students can learn ongoing skills of the technical & corporate world. Along with this, the academic departments including Computer Engineering, Multidisciplinary Studies, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering & others have around 102 discipline-specific labs which help students in gaining theoretical knowledge & practical skills of the concepts.
Some of the available labs are Chemistry lab, Physics lab, Electrical Machines lab, Language lab, Microprocessor & IoT Lab, and Analog & Digital Communication Lab.
- Sports: The College focuses on the overall growth & development of the students and in order to do so, they provide adequate sports amenities at the campus which is managed by ‘Department of Physical Education & Sports’. There is an indoor multi-purpose hall that contains facilities for indoor games including Table-Tennis, Badminton, Basketball, and others.
Apart from this, multi-purpose grounds are there for Football, Handball, Kabaddi, Cricket, Kho-Kho, Netball, and other outdoor games.
- Hostel: PCCOE hostel facilities are available inside the campus for male & female students. The hostels have double, triple, and other occupancy rooms with adequate amenities.
