When it comes to overall its good, basically institute is chosen because of placement and its pretty good here. Recession this here made the process very down as there in all institutes. I am fifth semester Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning student. The current senior most as ours is new branch.
Academics in any institute is almost same because honestly students go to You Tube before test or exam. The courses are available for free in many platforms. My branch is AIML, so you just need to know any programming language and even that's thought in first semester. I was pretty interested in the course and opted this, at the end of it’s all about your interest.
Honestly most of my branch faculties are really good, supportive. The problems are fixed as simple if they can or they are connecting people to help us. They are very supportive for up skilling and that what needed for the engineering as companies need your skills. When it’s teaching most of them are good and as i said earlier all sources are available for free and that's not a big deal.
Yes, we do have Placement Cell. It all left to student performance and comparatively offer letter is less this year because of recession and other stuffs. If you check the college last year data, it’s good.
Yes, we have college hostel. The fresher block for first year is good. We are supposed shift for the third semester and that is the old building. But it’s cheap compared to other hostels.
There are four blocks assigned particular for some branches. The playground is like 300 m from campus but there are other indoor and basketball court in the campus. There is only one fest this year. The college gym there and tennis court nearby. But there is single ground for both football and cricket.
When it’s to say overall it’s all about you how you deal, balance everything and college supports for everything and for your efforts. There are many clubs in the college student can register and get hired by any clubs of their choice. There was only one fest last year and the count of fest has down after pandemic.

I decided to step out but put a condition before myself that I will leave my state only if I get admission to the best college. Ramaiah Institute of Technology Bangalore is without a doubt the best engineering college in Bangalore. Be it academics, placements, faculty, or the extra-curricular activities, MSRIT has no match. The college was so mesmerizing and its one year since I have passed out from the college and still has that hangover left in me. I am glad my friend approached me to do this ... Read Full Review
If one wants a straight and direct answer on which is the best engineering college in Bangalore then that is Ramaiah Institute of Technology. I wish I joined this college for UG itself because the placements for UG are also so good that if the placement is the only criteria then one may not have to join a PG college. It’s not like completing a degree at Ramaiah because the institute has a lot to offer other than studies. The academic part at the college was research and discussion-based. Moreo... Read Full Review
Bangalore is a dream city for engineers and in search of a great career, I joined Ramaiah Institute of Technology. Life at MSRIT was pretty much chilled out as you can take time for other important things and still you can easily get away with semesters and internals. Students from all across the country here and all are open-minded students who are ready to share their UG experiences. However, some of them were marks centric and all they did was studies throughout. The college location is centr... Read Full Review
