It is a very amazing experience for me to be here at IIT Delhi. Here, environment is student friendly as it encourages student to boost up their skills and experience in whatever field they want. However, as we all know, taking admission here is one of the hardest parts. for admission, you have to crack JEE Advanced with a decent rank. For financially weaker students, the college gives upto 100% tuition fee waiver based on annual income and category. IITD has a very strong alumni network.

Course curriculum is very interested and well organized, giving you both theoretical and practical knowledge. This makes every student capable to handle real life problems, help them in their profession and research work. The semester exams are quite difficult and are according to what professors had been taught in class and its application but passing marks are decided by the level of examination.

IIT Delhi has friendly, well-educated, professional, and knowledgeable professors. They are very helpful, both inside and outside classroom. Their teaching quality is very good, they clear all doubts. Here you can also do research work with professor if you want.

There is a placement cell at IIT Delhi is named OCS (Office of Career Service). It helps every student in finding internships and placements. Our graduates have been hired by Top recruiting companies such as Jane Street, Goldman Sachs, Mercedes, HP, Qualcomm, Nvidia, L&T, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, HCL, KPMG, and many more.

IITD has 13 hostels (11 boys and 2 girls). Infrastructure of hostels is very good. For freshers, some hostels have dual sharing and some have triple sharing rooms. For 2nd year onwards, rooms do not have sharing. All hostels have their own mess/canteen, playing areas (badminton court, volleyball court, tennis court, etc.), visitor rooms, common/TV room, and table tennis table. The food of the hostel's mess is of good quality, made with proper hygiene and different taste from all around India. Chinese and Italian food is also provided. At every hostel, STIC-Dinner (Student Teacher Interaction Dinner) is organized every semester, so that students and teacher spend their quality time with each other

IITD campus is well maintained, has high speed Wi-Fi around the campus, has very good infrastructure. There is a centralized AC Lecture Hall Complex, in which there are classrooms of different capacity from 30 to 1200 students. All registered students are given free 24/7-library access. All faculty, staff members, employees, and students are given well-equipped medical facilities at the IITD hospital located at the centre of campus. All the students are given access of sports complex, swimming pool, football ground, hockey ground, tennis courts, etc. with well-trained coaches and accessories/equipment. There is a huge Auditorium named Dogra Hall with its special Hyperbolic Roof.

There are various fests organized by the students every year such as Rendezvous, Tryst, Becon, Kaizen, and many more. There are various clubs such as Robotics Club, Dance Club, Music Club, Debating Club, Economics Club, Fine Arts And Craft Club, Infinity Hyperloop Club, Aero-Modeling Society, Literary Club, Block Chain Society, PFC(Photography And Flexography Club), Fashion Club, Physics And Astronomy Club, etc. that helps students to gain more experience and knowledge. There are many institute and hostel level workshops and competitions by all the clubs.
