IIT Delhi is One of Best Technical Institutions Around the Area

Overall Rating
Overall, it is a very good Institute. I like my life here & its inclusivity of this campus. I like the campus area. In terms of academics, being an IIT, the Institution is quite good and up to the mark. I would highly recommend other students to be part of this Institute.
 

Academics Rating
Academics here are a little more difficult compared to those at other technology Institutes in India. The attendance policy is also very strict. Therefore, it is mandatory to attend a certain number of classes. In addition, the exams are usually scheduled on consecutive days, which make it a bit challenging to prepare for and perform well.
Fees structure is quite reasonable at NIT Delhi. There are a few scholarships available for students.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty experience here is quite mixed. Some professors are supportive, approachable, and lenient when it comes to grading, while others are quite strict and follow rigorous marking standards. Therefore, student's experience can vary depending on the courses and instructors the get. However, in my department, the faculty members are generally good and helpful. Overall, I had a positive experience with the professor in my department.
 

Placement Rating
Placement ratio is average here. However, according to me, it depends on your skills.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel facilities are provided by the Institution but some of such amenities can be better.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Overall infrastructure of the Institute is good and well maintained. The campus has spacious classrooms with different seating capacities, laboratories, computer labs, seminar hall, and a big hall with seating capacity of around 1500 students. There is also canteen, sports facilities, and medical support available for students. The transport facilities are also good. Security is great with many guards all around the campus making the quite environment safe. My favorite place in campus is sports ground.
 

Campus Rating
I have a very good overall campus life. I enjoy myself here and the people around me are very good. There are various clubs to participate and to explore your interests as I am currently in dance club, which is a very fun club. In addition, we have good fest along the year and good competitions to participate and improve your skills. Therefore, the overall experience is very great and I am happy to be here.

    It is one of the best Institutes for Engineering courses in India. My personal experience at this Institute is has been great. Students can choose this Institute for various aspects like placements, sports, research work, innovative projects, etc. Being a graduate of this Institute automatically increases the worth of a student in the industry.   • 'Tryst' is an Annual Technical Fest of IIT New Delhi

    IIT New Delhi is one of the prestigious Institute. It has great academics, sports facilities, etc. The one think that I don’t like about this Institute is that the crowd is huge.     IIT Delhi is one of the top Institutes for Engineering in India. I chose this Institute because of its functions, events, alumni. Also, this Institute has made many unicorns which is not made by many Institutes. The most amazing thing here is that it has a counseling team and BSW (Board for Student Welfare).
