Being an autonomous college, PICT has very good management of the academics of various courses. Many students don't think that a masters degree makes any difference in their chances of landing any job but PICT offers stipend for masters which have motivated a number of students to take admission to the Masters in various specialized courses. Academically, PICT is appreciable. And I think the batches before the pandemic were fortunate enough to have conducted classes, projects and workshops offline. In this way you get to know the real condition of the field.

Masters from PICT was more like a safety net and as even if you screw up in academics, you might still land a decent job. PICT masters was a specialized one as we were mastered in one domain and thereby could cut down on competition of various highly paid jobs. Masters of Engineering are mistakenly considered with par of graduate engineers but what they might not know is at least 10-12 hours were spent in libraries during the weekend.
