PICT Pune Placements: Average & Highest Package 2025

The Pune Institute of Computer Technology has a Training and Placement (T&P) Cell that provides students with adequate placement assistance so that they can build a successful career. Also, the cell collaborates with experienced industry experts so that students can get an idea about the current corporate trends & secure employment opportunities with a handsome package. Furthermore, the PICT Pune average package is 10.11 LPA (in 2024-25 academic year).

Through workshops, seminars, and other such programs conducted by the cell, students of the PICT Pune are able to enhance their communication, interpersonal, technical, aptitude & other such skills. The PICT Pune placement process is mentioned below:

Step 1: First & foremost, the T&P Cell conducts a ‘Placement Orientation Session’ in order to make students aware of the Institute’s placement policies, criteria, further procedure, and other factors.

Step 2: In the following step, interested students should finish the registration & enrollment process at the end of the 6^th semester. Also, it is important for students to provide requisite documents for verification purposes.

Step 3: Afterwards, the cell invites potential recruiters & provides them with key information like placement report, and others.

Step 4: Then, students are provided with the ‘Company Registration Form’ after receiving the details regarding job description, CTC, eligibility requirement, etc. from the companies.

Subsequently, pre-placement sessions are conducted for the registered students after mutual agreement between Institute and companies.

Step 5: In the next step, there is a commencement of drives where a recruitment procedure is carried out to facilitate students with job offers. In the end, the T&P Cell gets the list of selected students from the companies and is accepted on the behalf of such students.
