IIIT Bangalore M.Tech Fees Structure 2026 & Admission Process

To get strong, failure is essential. I failed in the initial tests and the questions that were asked to me. I was sorry as it was not mine but my previous college’s fault. All these things made me work harder, and the college provides a perfect environment and skilled teachers that one can rise above their ranks. Data analytics and data modeling were the main subjects that I studied at IIITB. Surviving at IIITB was a little tough, but those who have survived are at places today.

Technology’s best use if one wants to learn, he/she should join IIITB. The college is technically the soundest and that is what we were taught here. Not just the books but our scientific thoughts and queries related to them were solved through practicals. It was more of a practical learning at IIITB than just the theory. I was shell shocked with the way academic calendar was scheduled. You can’t even have one minute to spare during college hours. Before I submitted my first assignment, the second was ready. I did almost 70+ assignments in four semesters and the learning that I took at IIITB was more than what I ever imagined.

Labs are where we spent more time than the classes because most of our studies happened there. The companies have asked the college to prepare students so that they are ready once they join their respective companies. We had to choose what we like from our subjects and from 3rd semester onwards subjects were reduced from 9 to 5. I like it that way as books alone can’t guarantee you a job but practical knowledge of the same can. It was breathtaking the way college conducted academic sessions.
