MIT World Peace University B.Sc Review By Lange Shivani

The MIT World Peace University is quite famous for their placements and infrastructure. I heard same about it and got into this college. College has really a big campus with a thought of getting close to nature. It has a lot of events and all which helps individuals improve communication skills and teaches team work. This college does not provide academic knowledge only but also keep up with the student's intellectual and mental health with different subjects and activities. So, overall I had a nice experience in this college so far.

I want to become Astrophysicist in the future and so why I enrolled into this course. So my course is B.Sc in Physics (Computational Physics) which is a mixture of physics, mathematics, and programming. It is a three years course followed by one more additional year for the honors degree, but that is totally optional. This course helps us not only get a deeper understanding about the one subject i.e. Physics but also teaches us programming and all which a need of the current world. This is new course so it has comparatively less number of intakes like 30-40 students per class. But again this helps in engaging more with the teachers which I found really helpful and beneficial. My selection was done on the basis of 12th standard marks followed by personal interview.

As I have mentioned earlier our is new course so number of faculty members are less but they are really good a teaching. All the faculty members are highly qualified in the respective study areas. They are really supportive and generous. As far as I know all the teachers makes sure that every student gets the thorough understanding about the subject which I think is really important as these studies are going to help you in making your future.

Yes, the course I am in right now (B.Sc Computational Physics Honours) has quite a good numbers of placements opportunities as well as internships. I haven't reached o that year of my course where I can apply for all these internships and placement as I am in 2nd year of my course only. But as we enter our 3rd year we will be guided and trained for our future placements through different seminars and internships.

The MIT World Peace University has one of the best infrastructure, this is what my experience says. We have ventilated classrooms with required numbers of windows and doors. MIT uses both the digital board as well as normal blackboard. It has nice and big auditoriums and halls which accommodates plenty of students at once. There are number of nice cafes in the campus as well as just outside of the campus which helps students keep up with their physical health as well.

As I MIT WPU Student for almost two years now I must say I had really a great time in this college. I liked the infrastructure, the faculty and their teaching, libraries, etc. The most liked part of this college for me is their events. These events like RIDE, AAROHAN, and so many. I enjoyed them so much as well as these events help me gain more knowledge about different fields like we had talks for young entrepreneur; so I enjoyed them too. We have different clubs in the college like cultural and many more where one can express their talent. I am also a part of two such clubs of MIT and I must say getting into these clubs is very important as it affects your knowledge and your skills pretty much (in a positive way). Talking about expense like fees and all I feel this college is quite a expensive in that way. But overall I have had and still having really great experience of studying here.
