Review about Chitkara University

Overall Rating
It is a very good experience to get admission in Chitkara as it is cheap and has a very good rank in India and placement is also very great. I like the campus also as it has a very good ambience and best environment to study for students. It is the best college in terms of security as well as you can't go out without parents’ permission and everyday attendance will be given to the parents. Overall it’s a good college from every aspect.
 

Academics Rating
I am in Animation Course. You can take admission by UCEED ranking and also by giving the university test CUDAT which is required for admission. I love video editing and observing and recreating things so animation is the best course for me. They also have Bachelors of Design (B.Des) in Animation and it's a 4 year course.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty is very nice. Guest faculty is called from NID or even NIFT. The teachers are very well educated and understanding. Their teaching style is very good as every child can understand their style of teaching and they are also very supportive.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, they have 100% placement policy if any student is not getting placement they will try their best to place him/her in a good company.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel life in Chitkara is excellent. Everything you might need is there in the hostel. There is even a salon inside the hostel premises.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is very large and very beautiful. It is very well maintained and has a very good ambience. Fully air conditioned classrooms are there. The mess is very good. All the seniors are very understanding and supportive as they are always ready to help us. It is one of the reasons I like Chitkara.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is excellent and the crowd is decent. The campus is neither overcrowded nor less crowded. There are many clubs that you can join and they organise fests frequently. There are courts for basketball, football, volleyball, badminton, and much more in the campus.

    Overall experience at Chitkara University is great except the fact that hostellers have to attend classes at night time i.e. 4:10-9:30, which is very inconvenient as most of us are not used to this shift in timings, but we still manage to study and have fun regardless.
