COEP Technological University Pune Placements: Average & Highest Package 2023

Of course, there is a placement and training cell that keeps an eye on the placements and interviews ongoing and off going all over the campus for the students. Their vision to make every student recruited in the best companies is fabulous. They bring very big companies for recruitment and internships for example, BMW, Google, Microsoft, IBM, Uber etc. These all companies provide more than above average packages for top talent in the college. The highest package offered was an off campus recruitment of almost 80 lakh per annum, which is very high, at par with IITs. The average is also good, which is 15 lakh per annum. The average of the college comes down due to some non core departments like the Production, Mechanical and the Metallurgy, which gets a lesser packages than the core departments like the Computer Science.Read Full Review

The COEP is famous for its placements. But in the last few years the placement in COEP has apparently reduced. The faculty takes the responsibility to ready students for the placements. They train students for the recruitment interviews. I have heard from many seniors that the kind of training provides while grooming students for their placement is quite helpful. Because they already have experience by hand so they can really pass that legacy to their students. Many reputed and big companies come to COEP foe placements every year. The placement packages they offer are attractive. But one should really have to work hard if they want to be placed in good company with attractive package.Read Full Review

It is no hidden that is your place famous for its placements. The packages these companies offer are as high as Rs. 40 to 45 lacs. But one really needs to work hard for such packages. Otherwise no company offers you this much package for doing nothing. You have to have that talent in you required for that placement. The professors are pretty good when it comes to making students ready for the placement interviews. They are very encouraging and in such cases. If only they could do better at teaching the knowledge they already have. But if you analyse it, you'll see every year the number of students getting placement is reduced.
