It was a completely wonderful and cherishable experience to be a part of the International Institute of Fashion Design for so many reasons. I not only got exposure to the fashion world but also built my personality, presentation, and communication skills. If the students are resourceful enough then they can make complete and diligent use of not only the skillful teachers with their academics but also the opportunities that might land up during the course. Students must be active and up on their toes enough to not let any offers slip. Any student passing out from this institute can grow not only as a fashion designer but also an illustrator or a pattern maker and even explore their skills in the retail industry as a manager or merchandiser and so much more. I will definitely recommend every fashion or interior aspirant to enroll themselves in this institute whoever is serious to foster their creative flame in design education.

I enrolled myself in a specialization in the certificate program of apparel. Any aspirant needs to be a higher secondary pass out or can also be a graduate. This institute not only enrolls the young crowd to shape their dreams but also many other individuals belonging to different age groups who wants to reshape their career. INIFD helps to nurture the dreams of candidates from pre graduates to housewives and working individuals. No entrance examinations are held during admission. This college provided different rooms for a different subject, a stitching lab, and a kitchen to help us perform experiments like batik print, tie and dye, etc. INIFD understands the academic needs of this generation so well and is very dynamic. INIFD is an industry-oriented learning center.

International Institute of Fashion Design is a leading and renowned fashion and interior design institute for its initiatives to create a proficient environment their students. The management and the faculties were zestful. It is a lovely place to get fashion and interior career enhanced. INIFD provides a handful of programs to choose from. I had visited the campus for admissions where I was provided with a prospectus and guided well about the courses before I enrolled myself. INIFD provides both online and offline registrations. I had a brilliant time throughout the tenure of my course. I really miss my certificate program. My batch mates, faculties and dean were amazing and so helpful. Along with theoretical classes the practical sessions used to be very acknowledging and active. Our institute had amazing support from the staff during my time and I hope it is still the same whenever it came to internal or external matters related to the institute. They were always ready to go beyond the limits whenever it came down to supporting any student with their subject and also their confusion with their studies and preparations. Some faculties used to help out so interpersonally that it felt exhilarating. No matter how small or big is the hurdle while walking down the path of achievement was always taken care of and sought out even though some students were not being affronted about their difficulties the support was always offered.

The placement system here is very weak. This institute mostly got us internships and backstage management opportunities. Some job opportunities used to land at a very low pay scale but since all of us were freshers some of us did accept those offers to gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry.

International Institute of Fashion Design does not provide hostel facilities.

The infrastructure was small but very well maintained. The cleanliness and hygiene maintenance used to be up to the mark. The college provided us with a library from where we used to get our books and magazines of choices issued. The faculties always tried to facilitate the students individually’ to take care of their academic needs closely. They provided a kitchen to aid us to execute our practical classes.

The institute was not like any other college, it did not have any campus like the rest of the colleges. A lot of co-curricular activities also used to get conducted like inter-class and inter-college competitions where we used to perform music, dance, and ramp shows. When everyone gets to interact on so many levels then it is a learning process for everyone to receive from each other. The college always used to invite fashion leads from the industry to pay us a visit to motivate us. During events like fashion shows and exhibitions, big movie celebrities and well-renowned fashion designers used to be invited to be our guests of honor who not only used to lecture us on how to give shape to our dreams but also used to give us a sneak-peek into their entrepreneurship to explain what work they are doing and how did they work their way out to get the exposure. Some of the leading fashion designers also used to provide internships to the students before or after graduation.
