The NIT is situated in not very distant part of the city, but it will seem like it because the college is spread over 187 acres. I have been on campus for more than 1.5 years and there are still some places that I haven't visited in the campus, well that another topic. The overall college is more than 7.2/10. I would rate this institute 4 out of 5. As the institute has a good infrastructure, good research culture and a better campus life than most of the colleges. There are several facilities are offered by the colleges, later on I have mentioned it. But talking about the placement I think there are some NITs which provide better placement record than it at the same level. As this is one of the top NITs of the country, so overall exposure and experience is good in this college, at first when we entered the college, the campus looked so nice and pleasing due to the weather out here and the most important factor of the campus- the greenery and the breeze.
